The Shield is hands down the best "cop show" ever made
No ending has ever been more perfect and fitting to the themes of it's story. Breaking Bad could have learned a thing or two while it was ripping off the Shield.
Star Trek: TNG
Hill Street Blues
Alfred Hitchcock Presents
>The Shield
My nigga. One of the better shows of the Mid-2000s.
>MST3K
AKA The one and only show that continuously gets better and better right until the end.
twin peaks
Sesame Street
Married with Children
True Blood
Yeah the quality throughout is very consistent, the end is amazing and still my favorite ending OF ALL TIME.
30 Rock
King of the Hill (well, mostly)
Parks and Rec (till the last season or 2)
The Wire
Supernatural (but stop at the end of season 5)
The Simpsons
>Frasier
Beat me to it.
...
baking bread
game of games
the walki-.... ehhh.... thomas the tank engine
I'm sad that my bro didn't stick with that series, he liked most of my other recommendations like The Wire but I guess The Shield wasn't that special to him anymore. Anyway, yeah, The Shield was great in how they absolutely nailed Sick Fuckey as a manipulative bastard that you really wanted to root for warly on, but he really turned out to be basically a piece of shit but I still felt sorry for him.
Terra nova
Firefly
The 100
>The 100
Too bad there won't be a fourth season

Married with children
And in too lazy to think of another
Deadwood
Rome
Twin Peaks
Dexter (4th season best season)
The Shield (5th season best season)
It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia (7th season best season)
>implying season 4 wasn't GOAT
Are you fucking kidding me? The elevator episodes and the teenager Louie selling the scales for weed are as close and emotional as you will ever get in TV. Season 4 was motherfucking GOAT
Curb Your Enthusiasm
Always Sunny
Sopranos
So-Pranos
Sopra-Nos
Sopranos
Only correct answer so far, desu
Trailer Park Boys
The X Files
Star Trek Voyager
all the shows i like that stayed good, prove me wrong
Your taste is shit.
>QED
frasier
it doesnt turn shit until like season 7 and even then it wasn't as bad as some of the garbage that passes for comedy these days
Archer was never good
More quips than the fucking Avengers, and the sound mixing during the action scenes gives me a migraine.
flat delivery of lines
animation conveys zero emotion (which doesn't help the flat delivery either)
bad one-dimensional characters that are caricatures of caricatures
Adventure Time didn't get good until season 4
30 Rock didn't get good until season 6
Family Guy didn't get good until season 5
Breaking bad
Always sunny
Spongebob
Breaking Bad
GOT
X files
Supernatural (goes bad after 5)

Game of Thrones had some of its better moments in season 4 and jumped the shark in 5, so it counts
