Over a year ago I was circumcised due to phimosis. Sex was really uncomfortable so I wasn't that bothered about getting it done. The problem is since then bottom of my penis looks disgusting and I haven't been laid since. I've visited 3 different hospitals under the NHS and the 3 different urologists said my penis looks fine. So now I have no idea what to do. The bottom looks a lot worse than it does on the picture. It's a yellowly colour and the skin looks wrinkled and loose. I really want this sorted.

I find this difficult to believe, since circumcision is no longer 'recommended' for phimosis, which can be alleviated by stretching to loosen the foreskin. Circumcision is only the absolute last resort.
In Europe, they are way smarter about genital mutilation than are we, and onlyl Mudslimes and some Jews get their junk mutilated.

If stretching wasn't working I'd be willing to bet it wasn't phimosis, but a frenulum breve.
Frenulum breves are misdiagnosed all the time. They are actually easier and quicker to fix than phimosis. All it takes is a single suture through the frenulum and within two weeks it snaps, lengthens, and all your problems go away.
A lot of doctors think they can fix all foreskin problems with steroid cream. If they can't, they chop it off without looking for alternative courses of action. You were butchered unnecessarily. Public health in action.
