I'm a hugboxer, myself but I do think it's good to have a blend of genres.
Personally, my favorites are enfie babbehs (especially when a mummah is selling out to save her other foals) or psychological abuse or when fluffies bring their suffering unto themselves.
Pure hugbox, in my opinion, is a bit like pure abuse . . . without the balance it's not an accurate reflection of life and existence.

I think of hoomins as gods or at least major deities to fluffies, there are loving gods and wrathful gods. In that sense it's a great metaphor for life.
