those threads (and generally every frequently reoccuring threads) are on Sup Forums, because they don't fit to any other board. Just think of them like some sub-board, that doesn't get an own board simply because there isn't enough demand for it.
Sup Forums is to Sup Forums like some dump folder, where you throw in those random pictures that don't have a specific theme or where there just aren't enough pictures with the same theme to warrant making an own folder for them.
