I also liked a lot Cohen's album. Both deal with death and end of life matters. I just happened to like Blackstar more than You Want It Darker.

The thing is people here seems to gloss over what Anthony says in every damn video, it's HIS musical opinions. I do agree he's wrong on putting last year singles in this year's list. I doubt if this thread wouldn't be made if, say, Lazarus was his #1 since it was first released this year and therefore would be eligible. OP was just taking the opportunity to shit over Fantano, he doesn't care about criticism integrity or stuff.

Both work with muddy production, Bowie with his strained old voice and Cohen with his booming croon (and holy crap what a croon).
