As a guy who's done a bit of voice work,
A good way to enhance your charicterization is to match your speech to the physicality of the character.
Joker is sharp, long, pointy. Precise and angled. Your voice should match that.
You sounded too slow and curved, which is fine but you lacked the darkness or savagery to go with it.
It might sound a little odd, but the "geometry of voice" is your biggest asset in forming a solid character voice.

This is one of the worst Joker impressions that I have ever seen, you ask for constructive criticism but there is none because from the first sound byte the impression is not of a sadistic psychotic killer with complete disregard for life and the love of chaos, but a basement dwelling NEET who is literally trying his best to sound as edgy as possible, your laugh is even worse.

His biggest problem is he isn't projecting and isn't enunciating at all. He hasn't got the basics let alone worrying about characterization.
He's speaking so that it's sounds good to his own ear, not externally, and doesn't realize the acoustics are completely different. This is most obvious with the "steal my thunder" bit. It sounds bad because zero projection, holding back due to shyness and fuck all clarity.
It's THE beginners first lesson to learn. How the fuck do you miss that yet start prattling on about characterization.
