What we do in the Shadows - Have you seen this Mockumentary about Vampires?

It's great. I just watched it and it's genuinely hilarious.

Here are the first 6 minutes if anybody is interested:

Have you seen What we do in the Shadows Sup Forums, what do you think of it?

Kitsch shit for millennial idiots.

Lol, I hope you are kidding.

This was a small in house production, you can't say that with a straight face about a movie like this on a board where 90% of talk is about company wars capeshit or other blockbusters unironically.

Are you being stupid?

It's kinda sad Sup Forums can't even get contrarianism right

Everyone has.

It's not even popular.
Contrarianism would be to actually enjoy it because it's "obscure".
kys

That's the point faggot.

4chaners enjoy jerking themselves off on being contrarian, yet all Sup Forums talks about is big budget films.

Are you really this functionally illiterate?

Honestly OP, I went in really wanting to like it but was a little disappointed. I can sort of understand why people would find it charming, but never really came across strongly enough to strike me as funny.

A rare miss from Waititi, I love the rest of his filmography.

Yea tv loved it last year. My parents hated it. I enjoyed it though.

it was decent enough to have a few laffs

Boring, tiresome flick

I enjoyed it a lot, saw it like half a year ago.

Yeah, Sup Forums used to mention it all the time.
Kill yourself. Spell it out, it's not hard.

Anyone know any other good mockumentaries?

Troll Hunter

Not a comedy, but a nice little indie production

It's funny but old hat and we'll known.

That guy they turned into a vampire was the funniest character I've ever seen

Very probably, Top 3 comedy of the century

>guess what, I'm a vampire
>oh, I'm a vampire hunter
>yea, sure you are m8

>leave me to do my dark bidding on the internet

Is this the most accurate depiction of a Sup Forums user?

One of the few movies i actually watched more than once.

Really enjoyed it. It's on UK Netflix if i remember.

I don't need to watch it to know it's absolute garbage for dumb millennials

It was humorous but I didn't love it.

has anyone seen Hunt for the Wilderpeople? opinions?

We're Wolves is going to be better

it's ironic you say this because Taika is directing the new Thor lel

The werewolves were pretty great.

So weird that the director is now making the new Thor

I just can't stomach reese darby after seeing him in so goddamn many 2 degrees adds. I mean yea sure fuck that probably payed off his mortgage but it's spoiled him for me now. Not an issue for people outside of new zild i guess

Idk. Marvel at least changes thing up with directors. They arent usually big named action directors.

No. Sup Forums is shit, not dark.

Unfunny like a sitcom. Even abridged series weebs make better gags.

He pretty much poisoned his image in Enzed
It doesn't help he only has the one fucking character that he plays, regardless of what he's in

sitcoms aren't inherently unfunny

NZ bro it's almost 4am and I'm eating icecream with the heater on hows it goin with you ?

I should really be in bed but instead I'm listening to classic 80's pop, just watched awesome fucking ep of Penny Dreadful, going to go make myself another cold beef sandwich. Pretty comfy on a real cold night.

I liked it and so far everyone I've watched this with has enjoyed it as well, good stuff.

Hope the sequel doesn't blow

>not a comedy
wut? The comedy is based on everybody being dead serious while talking about stuff like how trolls turn into stone because lack of vitamin D.

cold nights are the comfiest. Penny dreadful was based. That ep was directed by a kiwi too who made pic related with LURTZ.

Comment off kickass:

Well just watched Season 3 - Episode 4. It's a slow episode this week, nothing really happens, Also got to see Eva Greens Bum nerd That's always a win! chuckle

>That ep was directed by a kiwi too who made pic related with LURTZ.
Yeah that was nuts! Toa Fraser, I've seen some of his stuff.

So much this

>werewolves not swearwolves
