basically if I were to type "simpsons" or "homer" into the search bar, I'd end up narrowing down the possibilies appropriately. Or even something like "squint" or "uh" or "disqust" would narrow down what I'm looking for, as long as I keep up with my tagging.
I make mistakes sometimes, like for example, searching "simpsons" in particular would leave out the last one I posted there, until I searched "homer". Ultimately though, my sorting doesn't go beyond "reaction" in the file structure.
