Try this If not, fill some balloons with sober breath. Then get an air pump (perhaps one used for filling balloons, a cheap plastic one). When drunk, use the pump to suck the sober breath out of the balloons and pump it into the machine. If balloons don't work, perhaps try filling a pump with sober breath beforehand. If it has to be warm to work, then warm it up with body heat.
