So it seems like these people are helping but not. Truth be told I weighed about 300pounds 6'. I smoked pot everyday sat on my ass and hated everything. I dropped about 160pounds in about a month and a half. Guess how, eat nearly nothing. I woke up in the morning took a dab or three, drank waters went to work got off work sat in my recliner and smoked bowls till the early morning. When you stop eating the pain over the first two to about four days sucks but really you'll start feeling really good then you'll notice your eyes sinking in and you feel weirdly good, eat like a medium sized meal and do it again. I weighed 145pounds. Sadly being fat means your skin stretched. So realistically doesn't matter how much you lose you'll still look big until you tighten your skin. Reduce that to 1500 kcal per day. Eat and drink what you want, just not more than 1500 kcal.

Ketogenic diet. High fat, high fiber, low low glycemic index carbohydrates and NO high glycemic index carbohydrates. Moderate protein diet. Avoid artificial sweeteners. Drink roughly 50% more water. Going through ketosis will suck but after you will feel good and be able to fast for 18 hours and not feel bad.
