Meth music really sucks. Probably the worst drug as far as influence on music and aesthetics. the aesthetic is basically just some sickly, paranoid, fast-talking guy with a shave head (because that's more "efficient") riding his bike around all night, or putting aluminum foil over his windows for some reason, or doing 'fix-it' jobs on things around his apartment that never actually seem to get done.
The only good style with a kind of meth-y vibe that I can think of (well, meth is in the mix with other drugs) is gangsta rap.
Otherwise meth music is basically like Tool, Numetal, and Primus. Kind of a dry, churning, ugly, obsessive and yet somehow very mundane sound.

This was the time when meth was becoming cheaper to make and its use spread from the north and southwest across the country. Got really big in SoCal, to this day.
