New dungeon synth album for the new year!
dave-roland.bandcamp.com
>ambient synth, synthpop, electronic
I've decided to combine two EPs into one album instead of releasing another short and underwhelming series of EPs. So it's going to take a while but the result will hopefully be liked.

>shoegaze
>post-punk
Cover album including reworks of stuff by Swans and Have a Nice Life, aswell as covers and remixes of material off the We Know The Devil, Yume Nikki and The World Ends With You OSTs.

made a new track today, it's gonna be altered a lot though. I've also been messing with modular synths, so that may have an effect on future releases

Album covers are various photos taken of the project artist smashed into low-res.

I usually post my own music here at night and then check out new stuff the next day when I have time.
But since you faggots can't keep a thread alive for an hour I won't give feedback.

There's a lot of new music here, but I can't give them feedback since the thread's already archived.

OK I think I'll give feedback because there are some serious gems here:
under-appreciated, quality noizu
I'm going to listen to your new album because I love dungeon synth
Comfy, great textures
Holy shit what a Swans cover
keep up
I want to sound like this guy
Pretty edgy but I like the way it sounds
Sounds better than most trap beats
loving this

Will check, this seems like an interesting collab

It's a really bad album art, the text in the middle with its red colour ruins it.

recs!
Since you like to be the first poster in the threads, I gave it a listen.
First 2 tracks:
I have to say it kinda lacks those "aesthetics" that would make it vaporwave, along with the album cover. I'm just not feeling it, not surrealist, or pop-art enough.
I'm currently at the third track, it got better but still not enough atmosphere.
The computer turn on/off sounds are a nice touch though.
Work a bit on making it more overwhelming/psychedelic, and less Sims 2-ish, because right now it doesn't feel like what it tries to be.

hi, Sup Forums.
I tossed this EP up last night, and would like to know what you think.
I tagged them as

but I really don't know about the genre. maybe you hipster fucks can help me with that. Thanks!

Question:
How do you guys write your songs?
Do you record basic melodies/chord progression on your phone, or memorize it in your head?
What gives you ideas for songs?
>Experimental, Various Genres
>New Release
>Progression (feat. Nathan Original)
>Cloud Rap, Hip-Hop, Minimal House, Progressive Electronic, Vaporwave.
Description:
Progression is a project of three years, consisting of four concepts, cohesively threaded together through an extravagant fifteen minute track. This "single" is the tiniest taste of what is to come for the upcoming album, Where's The Humanity?
Support, scrobble, or review on RYM. Any feedback of any kind would be greatly appreciated. Thank You. :)

>grungey?

I have also released a new black noise/PE album on my net label for anyone who likes really raw NSBM:

I don't understand...
This is pretty interesting! I'm enjoying it so far.
This very nice, it sounds very tight and professional. I like exploring bandcamp black metal and finding decent stuff like this

>sludge pop

exsanguination.bandcamp.com
>death metal, black metal, post-rock
sooo good, really well structured tracks, creative riffing and excellent vocals to top it all off.
Really digging this, hot damn man. Thanks for sharing.
Recommending this weird stoner band I found in these threads:

Also I'll just add that I'm always on the lookout for new recruits for the net label. I'm looking for black metal, noise, grindcore, death metal, RAC, or anything extreme in sound and ideology. I prefer artists with NS, fascist, or military overtones in their work. Let me know if you're interested

Please listen to my shitty Folk Song. If you like it, listen to the other tracks. I recorded it in a 19th century grist mill with a piano in it. You can hear the birds chirping and the echo of the place. it was beautiful. Anyways I pretty well want to kill myself because this album has been up for months and I've never posted it and I think it has 20 plays overall (no friends to make listen to it.

Thanks for letting me know what you think.
it was pleasant. It'd didn't really do much or go anywhere, but it was nice enough chilling in the background. For the next track try sticking to a more concrete melody, I think that'd ground the whole thing seeing as how everything is just kind of meandering along
>folk, lo fi, vaporwave, ambient

Put out a lowercase album a little while ago; it's pretty bad, but give it a listen if that sort of thing pleases you; I'm to make more that are hopefully better.
