Might actually be Black Widow at this point. Hawkeye has all sorts of toys and could use a gun just fine if he wanted to. Widow also has a few gadgets, but they're not capable of destruction on par with Hawkeye's explosives. In addition, Widow's expertise was as an under cover agent or doing reconnaissance, which she can't do anymore because she's a fucking public figure.
