I'm about to listen to this for the first time.
What can I expect, Sup Forums?
I'm about to listen to this for the first time
Just listen to it faggot
first track is the best track
Expect a good album
I USED TO BE SUCH A BURNING EXAMPLE
It's actually pretty good.
p shit, unless you unironically enjoy emo
YEEEAH
Good solid emotional rock record.
listening to it backwards, sure it is
Not a fan of Not the Sun, but every other track, especially Luca and You Won't Know are great.
lots of teenage emo shit.
tears
Limousine best track
FITE ME
it is
>Jesus
Not The Sun, maybe
Best answer
Whiny teenager music
It isn't that bad
I honestly don't get it. The first track is GOAT like everyone says, but after that the quality jumps off a cliff. There are a few catchy songs after that, but mostly it's just generic whiny teen music with simple chords. Not sure why everyone jerks off over it so much.
BECAUSE I CAN DISH IT OUT, BUT I CAN'T TAKE IT.
Instrumentation is amazing. Lyrics aren't so great, but the great instrumentation and catchy songs make up for it. Even the whiny lyrics are fun to meme, though.
>I'D ARREST YOU IF I HAD HANDCUFFS.
>YOU WOOOOON'T KNOOOOOOOW!!!!!
I'll fucking fight anyone who doesn't like this album.
some whiney pop punk with wanky derivative riffs.
literal momsbasement-core
ITT retards who think this album is emo or pop punk.
It's not.
ill kick your ass then because it's quite mediocre
this album is pretty emo, desu
It's Midwest Emo you idiot
What band?
There was this kid in 8th grade who came back from 7th grade summer and had a gay ass haircut and he told the teacher "I'm emo, hence the haircut." And his favorite band was Brand New.
Brand New
Overrated. Deja is far better in ever way.
A fantastic album. Been listening to it fairly regularly for the last three years.
Isn't perfect; has a couple of songs (Not The Sun, The Archers Bows Have Broken) which, while good, definitely do not blend with the tone and feel of the album but they're pretty easy to overlook and enjoy.
The album's best moment is the little trapped space between the start of Limousine and the end of Welcome to Bangkok. I've never heard an album capture the feeling of utter hopeless so fucking powerfully.
>long island
>midwest
WE ALL GOT WOOD AND NAILS
