Obviously he was mad at his mom for making him do the underwater scale on his day off from school
He was glad he didn't have to take a shower but was mad that the test was under water bc it's kind of like taking a shower/bath.
He keeps mentioning the tight suits he and his sister had to wear, I think he felt uncomfortable in it bc they were too tight for him.
He mentions going to the YMCA and how his sister was acting like one of the girls there. I imagine he means how some girls think they look pretty doing that hair up thing. OP sister may have enjoyed it so much bc she thought she looked pretty doing this in front of the doctor, while OP felt awkward and uncomfortable while he was being weighed.
