This is a actually a good fighting technique. Throws off the enemies in CQC. And if your opponent can the predict your movements then it makes the fight handicapped in your favour.

You know, this particular style is retarded, but in wing chun we have a series of strikes that rely on speed to direct a slap or gouge to the eyes, bridge of the nose, throat or groin. The biggest issue with the stuff these guys are doing is that most of them are horribly off-balance and there's absolutely no reason to throw that many attacks in general, as opposed to the fact that they're throwing slaps around. You can do a pretty nasty amount of damage to someone's face with just your fingertips in a serious fight, it's only really retarded when you make that the sole focal point of your martial art.

This is some of the worst knife-fighting advice I have ever seen. The only part of this that's actually decent advice is where it tells you to keep your center of gravity low and stay balanced at all times. Pointing out the vulnerable points is good as well. Aside from that, most of these tips would get you killed in a knife fight against any trained combatant. There's a reason the fairbairn-sykes dagger isn't standard issue military equipment any more.

I tried wing chun, but it's nowhere near as good as boxing. But the chain punches are good though, the block like Pak sau, chi sau, etc isn't that good at all because you can't predict multiple punches at the same time
