Deftones covering sinatra, I'm on my phone and can't bother to link.
Personal opinion you are wrong. Because Green Day can just continue fucking each other in the ass back stage.
Also stone temple pilots covering lz
No offense to lz but they did it better.
I got you fam, and agree. Love me some deftones.
i would buy you beers all fucking night!
The only time a Led Zep cover has gone well. Not sure if it out does the original but it is pretty great.
I mean:
>only time THAT a Led Sep cover has gone well.
MY BROTHER!!!!
i have tool bootlegs on vhs and cd i bought froma fucking flea market ages ago, they play this in london i think.
such an intense ending too, on the studio version. Gives me chills
could the original been any worse?
youtube.com
any starfuckers out there?
>walk into whitco whitcosales.com
>gimme the tool box set, dvd not vhs
>billy looks at me and says they are the same
>spend 120 dollars buying both, just so i have them

Green Day = faggotry
OP sucks dick, as usual
soooooooooo gooooood
>i see my position in life is useless
>better stomp on someone else to fulfill my empty space
>i still feel nothing
this one is dope as well
youtube.com
uh, dont you know that OP is always a faggot?
Sent from my Android phone
Ryan Adams--Wonderwall
I swear to God, if I see Jeff Buckley's Hallelujah I'm going to be pissed.
it's comical to see the new kids tossing out the buzzwords they learned from Sup Forums, thinking it will make them fit in, when in fact, it's what makes you stand out. alone.
AmIdoingItRite?
Well it's the best and most known.

only by virtue of being in the language of the place it's about
that might be the most talented drummer on the planet.
If anyone posts Johnny Cash's cover of Hurt I'll fucking stab them. It's a good cover, but it's fucking boring and shit compared to the original.
youtube.com
This one is pretty good.
Deftones simple man
Puts shinedown to shame
I just wish they played it with more consistancy. They keep fucking with how they play it for a minute and it kind of irritates me. Still the best version yet.
>what is embed
yes hence why i deleted it faggot
i have to ask, do you think shinedown wrote that song?
Because fuck U2
youtube.com
Ironically, he became Iggy Pop's drummer.
career achieved!
This doesn't put the original to shame, but it really great:
fuck you Bob, you mumbling piece of shit, this is so much better
don't you think the word "achieved" is comical in it's own way? i look at the world and laugh, i have achieved nothing yet i still laugh, time will tell i guess.
i just might be one soon.
Stevie Wonder cover The Beatle's We Can Work it Out

rip lemmy
lemmy was decent, i'll light a candle for him and dimebag.
respect.
Obviously. Just like pearl jam wrote "last kiss", devil driver wrote "sail", five finger death punch wrote "bad company", and johnny cash wrote "hurt".
touche.
Did anyone else think royal blood was a jack white band at first?

Siouxsie and the Banshees' cover of Kreftwerk's "Hall of Mirrors"
is everyone asleep? or listining to music? or jerking off?
Her Dear Prudence cover was good and all
and her cover of "the Passenger" - its damn hard to decide if that, or the Iggy Pop version is better.
She has a pretty good record of doing really good covers.
And while we're on the subject of Iggy Pop:

Bowie's cover of "china girl" from "The Idiot".
just for the way he says "Oh Baby, just you shut your mouth". Makes my vagina moist.
And I dont even have a vagina....
If there's a joke behind all this, I did not get it
it's not a joke you fucking idiot, someone posted nudes of leo and the collective is getting to the bottom of it. we will update you.
Got to admit mate I wasn't a fan of bowies stuff post Ashes. Ziggy and Aladdin Sane was his best period for me. The work he did for lou reeds Transformer was epic.
I'm more a Berlin Period guy myself. Low, Heroes, Station to Station.
That and Iggy at the same time. those two working together was something incredible.
Though I do rather like Queen Bitch.
but China Girl's a well-done cover. Better than him and Jagger doing "dancing in the street"...
This is the best cover song ever recorded.
The emotion wasn't there for me on his cover. I'd take the original all day everyday
op tanked, i'm done here
So brave. You smell adolescent.
Friendly Fires' cover of Holy Ghost!'s "Hold On"
>so brave
