I tried one last week. Just bought it. To cook eggs you don't need oil or butter. Everything can easily peel off its surface. Even melted cheese.

It makes it so that nothing sticks to the pan very well. I.E. No sprays or anything needed to cook.

What's so special about that? Toss some olive oil on your pan and it gives a nice taste and it's like maybe an extra 10 calories in your food at the most.
