What films made you start lifting?

What films made you start lifting?

Rocky IV

Man of Steel and American psycho made me go even more

...

Captain America

Boom

Tits look like implants.

mirin
There's no way this is natty, but it makes me wanna hit the gym desu

hajime no ippo

It's attainable natty but it probably isn't natty. Also that's a pump with major overhead lighting btw, it's not how big he normally looks.

This moment right here. If you don't start lifting after this, there's no hope

Captain America Civil War

After seeing the reaction of the women in the audience when Cap is holding the building and the helicopter and pretty much hearing their vaginas get wet so fast it was about to flood the theater I realized it is time to get my shit together. Three days a week mixed weights and cardio, plus I started a meal plan with HelloFresh and am not going to eat fast food anymore. No soda anymore either. Already lost a bunch of weight and feel better.

>That nurse in the back

>Ok, Chris, for this scene we want you to FLEX

I'm a straight man and even I got a half chub from that scene.

We're all gonna make it, brah

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure

absolutely disgusting, i'm a straight male but even there you know that the best muscles are those one of the back and shoulder

everything else are meme muscles

>that scene comes up
>the guys are either mirin' or in awe of the cinematography
>the girls are flooding the theater
>gotta watch the rest of the movie in a lifeboat

>saw Civil War
>got motivated from it
>I was 170 lbs (I'm 6')and skinnyfat
>started hitting the gym 4 times a week, and doing 3 hours of cardio a week
>can see two of my abs and the two below them are starting to peek out
We're gonna make it

300 but that was back in college, now i'm 30 with a family and havent lifted in 2 years after going strong for 5. Hit 1/2/3/4 and got hurt going for 1RM on BP, and never really got back into it.

Its really great though, changed my life around.

Casino Royale of all things. My childhood hero finally being in shape really inspired me. Of course I was an eighth grader and didn't actually learn how to /fit/ until years later.

me too.

so you /fit/ autists are capeshit fans? makes so much sense

oh also you guys know that being built isn't going to help you attract women when you're already the kind of guy who goes on Sup Forums to discuss working out, right? someone tell /fit/ this

Think Hemsworth is jelly of Evans since he hasn't had a non magic feat since Thor, Which he failed

>lifting for girls
>not to assert dominance on other fit men by claiming their assholes as your sexual territory no homo
See y'all on /fit/
