1. Continue lifting and be sure you are getting plenty of protein + 1000 cal above maintenance intake. You will start to feel good after a few weeks.

2. Only jerk off on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Be sure to say a Hail Mary before and after each session; two if you use porn.

3. Get one new hobby you commit at least 15 hours a week to.

4. Spend less than 35 hours a week on Sup Forums.

5. Get outside at least 90 minutes a day. It's okay to sit down in the shade the entire time.

Use a stop watch or timer on your phone. Get excel or use google calendars to track what you do every day/week.

I tried to do this once but then I realized i spent 90% of my day doing jack fucking shit.

i broke my day down by 30 minute intervals and realized almost all of it was spent "on Sup Forums" "watching youtube" "eating" "jacking off"

Then towards the end of the day I'd make my way to the gym or maybe do something important like setup the appointment with the dentist I've been meaning to, or go to the post office or whatever else.

Creating and maintaining a schedule seems important as fuck. I'm pretty sure the difference between successful people and unsuccessful is their time efficiency, you don't really ever see them wasting their time

Work on one thing at a time. Once you've got that accomplished, move on to the next thing.

I suggest starting with getting a driver's license and graduating high school. Once you can drive yourself and you have a diploma, you can start looking for a better job. Once you have a better paying, preferable full time job, you can start spending money on test boosters, gym membership, etc. Make sure to get full nights of sleep (7-9 hrs), otherwise you won't have energy to do anything but work, which means no more self improvement.

Once you've lost some weight and gained some muscle, your confidence will increase. This will help you in further pursuits, whether that be moving up in your job, finding a better job, getting more education, or finding new hobbies that you enjoy and will make you more interesting. When you're more interesting, that also gives you more confidence. These two things, plus having money, will help you attract a gf.

Way too easy to waste time on the internet. You should also cut down to just one thing you do for Internet entertainment. That means no more YouTube, no more browsing aimlessly. You get to have fun on the interwebz for 35 hours a week.

When you're ready to get serious about life grind those 2100 minutes down. Have a timer you reset every week that counts down when you are here and take off 100 minutes every week.

I'd suggest meditating to make all this easier, but meditation itself can be hard to stick with. You can read more about it on the reddit meditation page for how to get started.

I just want to be able to spend all my time watching Khan academy videos and reading books and learning things.

I downloaded like 4 dozen books that seem interesting but my attention span is so weak from all this time on this AIDS website that I don't know how to properly interpret the information.

Should I just go cold turkey and replace it all with productive things? For me it feels like I take an inch and then take a mile. I abstained from Sup Forums in the past but as soon as I spent "just 15 mins no big deal" it ended up being full blown addiction again

OP, you can read long screeds about getting your act together or you can realize that only one thing matters, right now. Your life is only a series of right nows. Most of these moments will be uncomfortable if you don't make some adjustments to how you're living. Your barometer is how you feel in the moment and how you expect to feel in the immediate future. Ideally you want to feel comfortable all the time. Make adjustments to your life and mind until that's the case.

tip: for a lot of men having a gf makes them feel comfortable. This might be a good long term goal FOR YOU.

If going cold turkey works, go for it. I'd recommend having something to fall back on if you feel like reverting to your old ways. On a day that you feel crummy you might want to hop on Sup Forums to feel better, thus undoing a lot of progress. When you feel like this go browse Wikipedia or another guilty pleasure until the bad time passes.

I just lose a lose of muscle when cutting and gain too much fat when bulking.

Textbook low test symptoms, body composition-wise.

Eat more food, especially protein. Eat a lot of fucking food.

Count calories better when bulking and do cardio after lifting. No need to cut this way and you won't gain fat because you'll be riding the razor's edge of muscle gain.
