Not your IPS's fault if you live in the middle of nowhere. I have the same problem.
There is no 3/4g connection where I live and the only available connection is over shitty copper cable which gives you 6mbit/s max. I so happen to only have to choice between the last 3 free lines. Best one was 2.9mbit/s

I miss my old internet speed. It was "only" 15mbit/s, but damn. Uploading 3gb/hour and dl like 12ish gb. That's the dream.
