No, no. It doesn't even do anything besides shutting your pc down, windows has protection against deleting critical files. He could've at least made it to save itself to startup so your pc shuts down as soon as you log in.

This is actually outdated a little, pretty sure I added another line in there, but yes, you can remove everything and just run:
del /S /Q /F C:\
from the command line you are good to go on the triforce, when it ends you should have it all ready
recommanded restart of course

Windows system is always on C drive, if anyone is smart enough to have more then 1 system they are probably not stupid enough to actually run this on anything outside of a virtual machine
