Recani, a small village in western Macedonia near Gostivar which is pretty much Albanian. It's a mountain village of a couple of hundred families and they collected money for years to build this monument to Aqif Krosi, nicknamed Aqif Recani, a Balli Kombëtare fighter (Albanian nationalist/fascist resistance in WWII). God-tier because the people in the village really cared so much about him and their history and literally had to wait years (Yugoslav communism etc.) to build this.
