Just finished this

Just finished this.
I can't tell if it was good

i liked it

>tfw no all female Blues Brothers remake
they would still have to call it Blues Brothers, too. no Blues Sisters.

Loved it. The only musical I like

>OP's planning a career as a cop

>tfw Maury doesnt think you can fill the Palace Ballroom

It was good, the sequel was shit.

Because then it would be clear that they have blue waffles.

>10/10 music
>10/10 deadpan humor
>They destroyed like 200 cars to make it

what's not to like?

It's the best musical ever. Fantastic film.

It had nazis and that's offensive to me.

you didn't even watch it, fag

of course I did. The worst part was the church scene, but worst song was in the restaurant with the bitchy wife.

what

Awful desu

Did you watch the regular or extended? I grew up watching regular on TV, obviously, but once I caught the extended edition on DVD, it became my favorite movie of all time. The little extra scenes added in just kind of make the film pop. The short discussion they have before going into church, and Elwood parking the Bluesmobile in the electric shed, just neat character moments.

I always imagined the Blues Brothers should get a TV series and have rivals called "The Soul Sisters", who dress in white and are classier and more well-regarded as musicians despite being total douchebags.

what was your favorite part

Elwood giving up his bed for Jake when they get to his loud ass apartment, and I guess the whole big country scene where they're expecting country music

They fucking did, though
Fuck Maury

The fuck?

This is a fucking classic, man.

RAWHIIIIIIIDE

You should not watch any more films
Just in case you find something else that's "offensive" to you, you thin-skinned twat

The Illinois nazis are ridiculed throughout the entire film

What the fuck is wrong with you?

This joke makes no sense, the punchline in no way logically follows the joke

>Elwood giving up his bed for Jake when they get to his loud ass apartment
I think that was only in the extended edition, too. So many great scenes. I would kill to see all of the stuff they shot for this movie. According to Aykroyd, the original cut was over 3 hours, and they had to trim it, obviously, but most of the extra footage has been lost or destroyed since then.

>tfw I've always loved you

>Steve Cropper will never be your pal

t. Sup Forumsack

>Elwood parking the Bluesmobile in the electric shed
That was satisfying, I don't know why

The perfect fit.

She's too young to have parents in the Holocaust.

So? Hitler didn't force her to do that.

It's because "literally" gets misused

That's because you're a dumb drone.
