Where to live in france

Hey guys, im going to stay in france for some time for work reasons and i'm allowed to choose the place to stay in. I'm staying there for a year, so, i don't want to fuck this shit up.
I know cities like Paris and Marseille are a huge mess.
Would you tell me what are some nice places to live in?
I'm thinking about something like this

Not very expensive
Safe (not much allahu akbars blowing themselve up or shooting people)
With some life: theaters, universities, parks etc

Thank you in advance

...

Guys

your people are literally 10 times more violent than us m8

someone...

montréal

...

I'd wager anywhere outside the big cities are pretty good.

Strasbourg
I've heard Béziers is pretty good
Some placesi n the South look pretty (Saint Tropez?)
Monaco
Laon?
Amiens?

try Pointe-à-pitre

thanks!

No problem.

Isn't every place in France safe If you are a Mexican?

Ve a burdeos o a la bretaña

Yep, but comme on.

Saint Tropez is expansive as fuck and crowded with shitty tourists in summer and boring the other seasons.
Amiens is an average city, nothing especially interesting here.

Strasbourg is a good choice though, you can also try Toulouse, Montpellier, Nantes, Lyon and Rennes.

thanks

>Toulouse, Montpellier, Nantes, Lyon and Rennes.ulouse, Montpellier, Nantes, Lyon and Rennes.

Thanks for it! Good univerities there?

Depends in which field of study you are aiming for. Except for Paris I think the universities of Strasbourg, Grenoble and Bordeaux have a good reputation overall.

If I move to france can i get bullied by a qt maghrebine

I want to meet french qt's too

what about bordeaux? i've only heard good things from that city

Here a decent list (non-exaustive but still):

Tours
Lille
Bordeau
Lyon

Safety isn't really a serious concern in France.
I live 25 years and I never seen anybody assaulted or robbed to be frank.

Toulouse is kick ass in economics I can't really tell about other fields..

Nantes or montpellier might be a good choice montpellier is better if you prefer a hotter weather

Bordeaux
