Post tracks/albums with water imagery/feel on a lyrical or sonic level. Oceans, lakes, waterfalls; anything really. Find this kind of stuff comfy af. Genre isn't really important.
I'll start:

...

currently listening, thanks for the rec mang!
genuinely confused, please post some names
Really like dancing in the show tonight, the blarney stone, and ocean man. What are your favorites?
I love In Rainbows by the way. One of my favorite albums.
honestly exactly the same combo.
I love In Rainbows too, feels comfy, I particularly like nude
Yes dude Nude is amazing, that and Reckoner are probably my favorites from the album. Hey what do you think about Videotape?
also like the golden eel
MPP has those weird watery sounding transitions.
Golden eel is badass
think videotape is overrated but honestly still a fan, I gush about that album a bit too much desu
yeah, really looking for something comfy and ocean-y. Tbh with you guys a girl I like is big into oceanic imagery and me too (in literature and poetry(lame I know)) but not got so much knowledge in terms of music in that area so looking for a bit of help
The feel of an ocean cruise (with Frontier Psychiatrist as a storm)
Dude yeah I could never really get into Videotape that much for some reason. I still think it's a good closer though. It's definitely my least listened to song.
and thats sick dude. hope she enjoys what you show her and maybe you guys will end up banging
Only Skin has a lot of great oceanic imagery scattered throughout its 16 minute runtime.
Good song though, must admit.
G O A T (except for most of the first half lmao)

maudlin of the Well has a lot of songs with ocean imagery, this is my favorite
Merriweather Post Pavilion always gives me a feeling of being peacefully submerged into a body of water. A lot of the textures give off that feeling.
>mfw I open the record gatefold and there's a dude floating in water underneath psychedelic colored lighting
I suppose that was one of the intentions, and they definitely succeeded.
I actually tripped once and took a bath and listened to the album while submerged in a full bath. Was fucking amazing.
I liked this one, anything else by them that has a lot of ocean/water imagery?
They have an EP called Water Curses that is exactly that
other watery stuff they've made is another EP called Prospect Hummer and Panda Bear's solo stuff
Can - Future Days
Beautiful tropical oceanic masterpiece, the last song is like having the whole ocean wash over you as it crescendos
Robert Wyatt - Rock Bottom
This one is like being in the Marianas tench and slowly rising to the surface
>Robert Wyatt - Rock Bottom

Concept album about the life of James Cameron when?
thanks mang, v good recs
liking what I've heard of these both so far (getting a feel then gonna listen to all of these and select songs for an ocean themed playlist)
Literally the concept of the album.
ricefields
Tortoise - Millions Now Living Will Never Die
Tracks like Glass Museum give me the vibe of ocean life, like the fish on the cover
FTW - Bluffer's Guide to the Flight Deck
The second side is a concept piece about being lost at sea
William Basinski - Watermusic II
oceangrunge
Gorillaz - Plastic Beach
Their live set was amazing and the clash guitarist had a cool ass captains cap
here's the Justin Timberlake sequel, great track
Listening to Djed is like having a school of Herring carry you from a war scene. It's beautiful.
applies more to this than any other song i've ever heard
