My p bass sits on a stand in my upstairs bedroom; not exactly the most insulated area (temp ranges between 60 and 80 degrees). It was last setup this past February and since then I've noticed my action (spacing between the top of the fret wire and the base of the string) has gotten larger. I don't plan on changing on my strings just yet, but would like to lower the string action. What do I need to do? Just lower the saddles, or do a truss rod adjustment, or something else?

First watch youtube tutorials on setup. Check neck relief as shown in tutorial; capo on first fret, hold down last fret, see how much space is between string and top of 12th fret. If truss rod is okay, just lower bridge saddles as desired.
