Just remember that Radial Blind ( 3 ) is very strong. It blinds any enemy within LOS and opens them up to Finishers. So not only does it benefit you to use it when surrounded, but your allies as well.

2 is Radial Blind, 3 is Radial Javelin.
Radial Javelin is nice, but the damage will fall off against higher level enemies, that is where Exalted Blade comes into play.
Know when to use Blind and Javelin.
