Who else was a hardcore nihilist for six months after seein Fight Club for the first time? If not, when DID a movie make you change your behavior?

Drive of course

Every time I finish watching Kingdom of Heaven DC I want to be a good knight for about 5 minutes.

I watched BvS and wanted to kill myself for a few days afterwards

a movie has never changed my behaviour really, but when ever I watch a western or ancient history type movie, hell even LotR's I always wish I could ride a horse.

I mean after watching a kung fu movie I always walk around like I'm gonna get into the sickest fight in the street or something and I'll be this stoic badass RL anime character or some shit. Same with action-y gunfight movies. Sometimes when I'm alone in my house I'll pretend to be a tacticool operator.

y'know. regular shit

you can

everyone knows horses don't exist, user. Don't be silly

Yeah for about 4 hours.

I resubbed for WoW yesterday after seeing the Warcraft movie

Into the Wild

Didn't last obviously

After seeing Casino Royale for the first time I rented a tuxedo and got shitfaced at a local Applebees.

How?

Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas made me want to take risks and say yes to uncomfortable/difficult things

google "how to ride a horse"

or go take lessons

or go to a petting zoo and pay 5$ to ride one

Mostly documentaries.

Let the Fire Burn convinced me to abandon any hope of reforming the system.

I start mimic Tom Hardy's behaviour from The Take and girls started to get laid with me

That jacket is pure sex on Pitt in the movie.

Every knock off looks like trash when worn by normal people.

Movies never, but news do.
I hate my government

It's less the jacket and more the people i reckon

whenever i watch some mike adriano or rocco siffredi i want to be a proctologist until i realize my patients wont always be beautiful 20 year old women

tom hardy's character raped the character played by his irl wife. imagine filming a rape scene with your wife in front of a dozen people. he spat in her face and everything

Yeah, that's a reasonable assumption.

I've never seen Fight Club and I get the feeling that this is a good thing from how euphoric people describe it

Whoa that chick actually gets fucked? sauce

Nah you should watch it and judge for yourself, it's really well made and acted, regardless of a bunch of spergs taking it too seriously.

Fight Club is actually a good movie, Sup Forums is just full of contrarian faggots who hate everything remotely popular.

>I own a fedora and defend women on the internet

The dislike for fight club is probably because there are a few old time Sup Forumstards on here who remember when it was part of the ideology of the board that soured and became a farce of itself.

I'm 35 and the first time I watched Kung Pow I was 21 and I laughed so hard it delivered me to a higher plane, I rarely worry about anything, life is absurd, it's beautiful

yes, that is what he meant by
>contrarian faggots who hate everything remotely popular.

Every time I watch Empire Records I actually do want to work in an independently owned record store. Warren's rant about about thinking they're so happy because they work there, and the fact that he's upset because he doesn't get to, is a great meta scene for how I feel about the entire movie.

A movie never did that for me, but all the books Ive read, yes.

Kinda still there desu.
Also True Detective was pretty inspiring

This show always makes me want to become a chain-smoking, alcoholic with a bookstore.

>true detective was inspiring

How so? Thought it was a let down.

>okay honey today we're going shoot a re-enactment of that rape fantasy roleplay that we did on your birthday
>okay Tom, be sure to tape down your boner properly before we start filming

First the Amazing Spider-Man hype was so loud that I started do some electronic stuff. Really.

Used to watch a lot of westerns and became a whiskey drinking alchie in my late teens/early 20's
