Essentially you need In Game Currency to buy them, or you can buy some Premium Currency, but the nice thing is that, say you play one game of Siege, you just earned yourself between 100-300 Req (In game currency) depending on how well you did, and if you do that enough, you can buy an operator for about 500 req
HOWEVER, each group slowly raises the cost of their operatives, for example if you buy two SAS members, that's gonna cost you 1500, 500 for the first one, 1000 for the second one, then it goes to 1500 for the 3rd one, and 2000 for the fourth one, but thats PER group, so you can still go buy an FBI operative for 500, and a GIGN operative for 500. The only down side is that the newer operatives always cost 250000 or 600 Premium Currenct
