That strange movie with Heather Graham, where she has an affair with her stalker. Forgot the title.
I know there are sadder and darker movies, but that one left me in a blank and lifeless mood for days.

It kind of ends on a high note but the tone throughout the whole thing is just so fucking bleak and hopeless.

The Bridge (documentary)
Downfall (wasn't even a nazi when it came out, either)
Leaving Las Vegas

Threads.

What movie was this? Sounds hot.

Snowtown. Had to lay down for a few hours when it ended.

Kino comfycore

Your parent's sex tape the night they conceived you

Gone Girl

No matter how horrific a premise an apocalyptic film presents, Gone Girl represents an entirely believable and real-world-applicable Kafkaesque situation in which there is no escape

You didn't find this comfy af?

American Psycho made me feel really weird for 2 days and I had to take a nap after I watched it

The Double is pretty fucking great, though, it's like a darker, dirtier Brazil without all the faggotry. Super depressing

the part where he bites the little girls face off :(

benny's video

Adrift in Manhattan.
It's a bit too artsy and dull for my taste, but it has that sex scene with Graham, she asks the dude to spank her, and call her a bad mother.

I don't know anything about Graham but just looked into her filmography and flipped around on Wikipedia out of vague interest.

How come every film this woman is in has her leaving her husband as part of the premise.

Tyrannosaur

It was actually painful to watch at times

Very true, that movie actually left me angry

This

I wish Bjork didn't swear off movies after Dancer, she was great in it

She has very religious parents who do not talk to her anymore because of her saucier roles. Maybe that's one of the reasons she has chosen characters who leave a "figure of authority".

>under the skin
Never have I felt such rage and depression afterwards as the scene where the little infant is alone on the beach screaming his lungs out (retarded mother chases after retarded dog and both drown; retarded father chases after her LEAVING THE CHILD ALONE on the beach and gets saved by another dude and then fucking runs back into the water and drowns too) at night while the tide moves in closer and closer. I shut the movie off and finished it a different day.

fuck

i cried like a baby when selma died

more angry than depressed tb h

...

When she dropped in the noose just when she was starting the next verse of that song I laughed
It was so sudden, it felt like a comedic moment, even if it really shouldn't have

That whole second act just tore me apart, though

lilya 4 ever

are you implying that you are a nazi?

has anyone else seen this movie btw, it's by the same author who wrote watership down, but 10 times more depressing

>she asks the dude to spank her, and call her a bad mother

Can I hire an escort for this?

...

Sounds great! Thanks.

interstellar

...

classic btw

Is it any good?I was thinking about watching it tonigjt

This was the most depressing movie I've ever seen.

I loved it

Plague Dogs was one of the rare times a movie is better than the book. The book had some shitty tacked on happy ending, the bleak movie ending was far better.

Movie made me pull the gun out of my mouth and shoot the tv

Where the Dead Go to Die.
Most fucked up shit I've ever seen.

Even the scene which would otherwise be humorous involving her stealing the bucket of chicken was sad.

Real life.

/thread

...

Same basic story but the people in her life seem shittier and then theres the fucking paparazzi

I don't think I ever cried so hard in my life.

Fucking brutal.

fuck man dont remind me of that movie.

Connor shouldve gotten a fckin award for his acting.

>american psycho
>the double

I see what you did there

Check em'

I wanted to crawl out of my skin many times watching this film.

Every time I watch this movie, I feel gutted for a few days afterwards.

this film just made me feel completely gross all over. It was this weird mix of empathy and disgust for the main character where I couldn't quite reconcile the two feelings and just came away feeling unsettled.

GIVE EM HELL 54th

Titicut Follies

Whats the name of this?

Assuming you're not being facetious, it's called "Threads".

Lol no i wasn't. I really thought them saying "threads" was them mispelling /thread.
Thanks for the answer.

Aye.

its kino, not your typical heidecker work though so if youre expecting that, dont.

Oslo 31

daily reminder:

a """VIDEO GAME""" did it better

REEEEEEEEEEE

This movie had me feeling fucked up for days,

Felt like such a realistic take on an apocalypse. Worth a watch.

I actually agrer

it's really an extraordinary game

I was afraid of zip lock bags for a while

Its great game and story, but both give different vibe imo despite the similarities.
The Road is way more bleak and depressing

Watched it with my cousins. By the end, we were all bawling our eyes otu.

This film made me a little bit gay.

>the party scene
> where they play russian roulette for fun
Just watched this last night, still thinking about it.

Enter the Void was fucking horrible, like the director was trying to reach through the screen and punch me in the gut. I'm surprised it hasn't already been said.

Right? How fucked up was that?
Even after sleeping (which is like a hard reset for my emotions) I still felt really off

>Threads
Ready yourself if you're planning to watch it. That shit hits hard.

This desu.

Also all the incestuous teasing was too much.

People hate I Melt With You for some reason but that scene with Rob Lowe talking to his child and his son calls some other man daddy fucked me up big time.

Fuck that.

Green Mile

All of these movies make me feel like a pleb. What's a good movie to watch these evening?

I wept like a little bitch pretty much for the entire second half of the movie non-stop

The Do Over

Nah, the Road is a fucking billion times better than that generic zombie schlock.

Especially the original novel.

ghostbusters 2016

no The Divide ?
seriously
you guys are missing a ride

Sid and Nancy

Couldn't get through it, too depressing. Only gave it a shot because of my love for Watership Down.

whats this from?

Made me want to say goodbye to my family and slit my wrists.

If anyone wants to see Brie Larson take care of troubled kids, this is the depressing movie for you

BvS

>wasn't even a nazi when it came out, either
>implying you are now

you're a faggot

obvious jew propaganda, but great film nonetheless
