I've always thought the Rif War uniforms were pretty cool as a blend of early 20th century aesthetics with an increasing sense of rugged functionality, before they turned fatigues into glorified pajamas
Some units even made a point out of making their fatigues the same as their dress uniform, which was quite novel at the time
We liked the german style we so we used that,
Palmach shorts were all the rage in the early years

Yeah the boys
The #1 is saying "Son, don't you know that only faggots ride HD bikes?"
No matter how much I dislike "white movement", they had their style.
How can You hate them they fought commies
me with the tuba
Commies have made major improvements in this country and the rule of white warlords would be pretty much like a typical south-american shithole, ruled by militarymen and depending on foreign aid and industry.

Why are many of those Sikhs clean shaven? Aren't they supposed to let their hair grow out?
The Garhwal Rifles
Well most Amphibious infantry in India are incorporated in Indian Navy itself, we have a few amphibious infantry in the Land Forces.
The Naval special forces are called MARCOS (Marine Commandos), they are our version of US Navy Seals

Does your military just spend all its money on fancy uniforms?
Dont get me wrong it looks nice and all but im sure your lads would prefer it spent on body armor and other things to prolong their lives.
Very nice, overall the best looking modern day dress uniforms ITT
WICKED moustaches, how fucking cool is that
I don' get it.
Those are ceremonial dresses. Used during ceremonies and by the marching contingent on Republic Day Parade (Which is tomorrow)
Thanks
Very.
Its clear they are ceremonial but your military is still wasting god knows how much on uniforms instead of upgrading weapons and armor
Actually locally produced stuff is pretty cheap here, like the boots for Army and Police is made by prisoners in jail, so is the cloth, buttons, belts etc. etc. (As the cloth is hand made and not machine made)
So, its basically just the cost of stitching, also we spend basically 50 billion dollars per year for just upgrading and increasing our arsenal.
There is a new nuclear capable missile test every now and then.
