Alright you sick fucks, I'm going to be pretty general here so as to avoid any incrimination but I'll do my best. In the industry I work in, we are dependent upon good reviews in order to maintain a steady flow of business. Conversely, bad reviews really hurt us.
Anyway, very recently I was performing my job and an ugly, self-righteous woman who I was not interested in whatsoever continually tried to make a move on me. I declined politely numerous times as I was a) trying to do my job, and b) not interested anyway.
So the next day I speak to my boss who has received a massive complaint from her, stating I was unprofessional, hitting on the customers and rude among other things. All of these were complete and utter lies. He said he's taking my side but I can't help but feel as if it has tarnished my name somewhat in his eyes.
Further, she has posted multiple public reviews of me online painting me as a rude, sexist, incompetent idiot. This is particularly harmful as I am currently a graduate student working my ass off to be accepted by leading firms in my industry. I hope this doesn't affect my chances but I daresay potential employers will stumble across it.
So on to the main point. I have this bitch's first name and mobile number. I've tried every reverse phone search I could find but it's returned nothing. With these two pieces of information, how can I get back at her, Sup Forums?

Doesn't yelp (or your 3rd world equivalent) use first and last names?
I just checked for yelp, it's first name, last initial, and city. With that you should be able to find her with some sleuthing on facebook and the free people finders like pipl.
I think instagram even has first and last name. Start with that, and cross reference the username with other online accounts like spotify or whatever. Bits and pieces from each site should paint a full picture.

As for slander I actually considered it, but law is not my area of expertise and I don't know if I have a case. Also, I daresay it's not worth the time, effort and money required.

another idea is to put an ad on craigslist using her phone number and address. The ad could be for a roommate who can stay for free, homeless men preferred. Or do an ad for an escort, use images from online. Or you could even get a disposable cell and call in a tip to the police that she is dealing meth out of her house and that she is armed.
Another idea is to just generally fuck with her. Call in orders to food places from a disposable phone and leave her number, use her address for delivery.
Also, contact the review sites and tell them that the name she used is not her real name and that they are completely false and that you want the reviews taken down, or you may will consider filing slander charges against her and possibly the websites.
You could even create a fake account on the review sites and say that you (another customer) were there when she claims that this happened and that it was her that made sexual advances, was politely turned down, and that you received excellent service.
