I've done it before. Honestly it's just strong weed sensation. Like a took a whole pound in one hit. I personally have never started hallucinating.
But I never go to Vegas and I don't know how it might react.

id highly discourage going out in public around people, go to the desert and chill in nature and look at the stars.
What is a good dosage for someone who doesn't have much experience? I tried one tab of 100 ug I believe (maybe 150, I forgot).
How long does it last? Will I be able to function, or do I need to be alone for a few days? I live with my dad. Which brings me to my next point, at this moment I am incredibly depressed. I live with my dad because my mom died suddenly and horribly. It's been a rough year. Will this be a bad idea then? Nature is the best. You will probably feel like avoiding other non-trippers. You can appear surprisingly sober on lsd so don't worry too much about coming into a couple of people during your nature trip.
Sunglasses are great to hide your dilated pupils and help you relax around people. Bring water and drink often even if you don't feel thirsty, because you can get very sweaty and dehydrated.
Be aware of the "telepathic phase" somewhere between +2/+4 hours: you think you've said something aloud but you haven't actually uttered any words.
Make sure you don't have to drive for at least a couple of days. Have fun!

its all about your mentality, happy toughts will mean you will have a good time. if you have negative and depressing thoughts then you can have a bad trip more than likely. when i dropped my first time it lasted about 7 hours and that was from one tab.

Yeah, that's why sunglasses help you stay cool. I only tripped once, alone, and I was able to chat a bit with some tourists and with my dad on the phone.
Also in the beginning it felt a lot like a strong weed high, only later I started seeing repeating patterns of shapes, the forest "breathing", rocks sparkling etc..

I suggest staying away from driving for at least 2 days to allow some rest. I HAD to drive on the second day late afternoon and it felt fucking scary because I could barely focus and feel my legs
they actually had no clue what i was thinking though, i just thought that they did, they eventually worked it out that i was having a bad trip when i could eventually them we had to get back to the house
best thing you can do on a bad trip is just go somewhere safe and wait it out, after i sort of came out of that telepathic phase i just put some comfy tunes on, had some ket and joints and laughed out about how cooked we all were sitting in some dodgy shed

I drove about 10 minutes on a Sunday morning while the acid was still going strong, had no idea it would last that long and needed to get home, it was my first time taking it.
I tried to drive as 'normally' as I could and could feel the pavement through the tires, it was weird, i think i was also driving really slow even though i was trying to make sure i was driving the exact speed limit so i would appear 'normal'. God that was a dumb thing to do.
I can't think of a worse place to trip. I wouldn't advise tripping in the dessert/nature either. The simple fact that you won't know your way around could possibly turn your trip into a shit storm.
that must have been really weak acid or something else, a 150ug hit of acid is pretty unmistakable and is a very strong trip if you are new to it.
