Cops cant carry weapons in japan

>cops cant carry weapons in japan
what

I thought they did carry a small revolver

I don't think that's true.

I might be misremembering it since it was so long ago, but I recall seeing a japanese police officer carrying a gun (holstered) back when I was in Tokyo. Four years ago.

You are right. They have revolver pistols. The name of the model is New Nanbu.

Japanese cop doesn't need weapons.

Someone translate, what is habbenin

Yes, until someone picks up a katana and goes in a killing spree in the metro.

Japanese policemen don't fire unless in extreme circumstances
because advocates of "human rights" who sympathize with China and North Korea have denounced to do hurt to culprits under any circumstances.

>feed pidgeons in america
>get shot

>pidgeons
What does it mean?

Then why does the guy get shot in Enter The Void?
Sorry for spoiling btw

OMAE WA

MOOU SHINDEIRU.

>通行人をもっていたナイフで次々と刺しました
Officer repeatedly stabbed by man with a knife.

they carry bo staves

The guy is a terrorist(committed mass stabbing against pedestrians) and serial killer. So the cop tried his best to catch him alive and he made it.

Do cops have pepper spray

They use katanas and shurikens, silly

No, they don't. They have telescopic batons and pistols.

The cop in pic has baton in his left hand while putting his right hand on the pistol. He beat up the culprit so badly.

...

...

been a while since I watched this but wasn't this in hong kong?

Nah pretty sure that was in Tokyo
Didn't finish the movie though, it was boring as hell

is it usually chained to belt or something like that i think i have seen that once

Japanese cops' pistols are connected to their belts by glass fiber thread.

Japan sure does spend a lot less on police and military. Our local police got Glocks, AR-15s, armored cars, and dogs ready to bite someone's balls. Meanwhile Mr. Jap cop only needs to stroll around making sure everything is quiet in the neighborhood.

ive seen enough jav to know what happens to her next

is that a business man or a yakuza?

Terrorist/serial killer

l0ll

a normal japanese male then

Protip: they're called lanyards.

poor form

Shitty grips too.

That fat one on the left is looking at the dudes dick

This is a good revolver grip. Thumbs forward, but not on dat gap.

>Police in his country carry GUNS

Hahahaha hahah

Cops are fucking miserable in Japan desu
This is why yakuza still exists

thumbs are far too close to the cylinder, this is better.

ggl translation ver Finn4.2

nice try kek

> be British
>get electrobutthurted

Thumbs forward is better, just make sure you're not putting them on the gap.

What's the point of having a cop if you can't trust them with a weapon?

...

>Japanese cop doesn't need weapons.
I heard Japanese cops was a shinobi ninjas oni wa ban shu. But if you are ninja you still need the modern gun, shurikens are alright revolver is better sometimes.

2 options:
>don't do anything
>“b…but we did some stuff like cleaning bloodstains n shit”
>get scolded
>life gets normal eventually
Or
>cop fires and hit leg
>the guy who killed 12 people dies
>media start going all mad to claim the bad use of gun's n shit
>mother of criminal goes on TV and claim that the criminal is a good boy
>superior guys starts scolding the cop
>society claims him to be evil
>lose job because fuck you
>lose family because dishonor
>he get letter and call everyday, suggesting him to commit sudoku
>commit seppuku

zitto animales need no guns

they have americans defending them

Give your Police a glock 17 and MP5, Shinzo.

Here it depends on the duty I think. Normal cops just wear a handgun and baton.
Guarding cops wear a submachine gun.
SWAT teams carry everything (submachine gun, shield, taser, handgun, shotgun, doggo etc).

Military police is almost always on guard duty, but they can carry assault rifles as well.

SWAT teams have automatic pistols and sub machine-guns. Cops in uniforms don't need these equipments unless they guard VIPs.

>Cops in uniforms don't need these EQUIPMENTS unless they guard VIPs.
But what if some bandits would want to rob the bank, or start blading rampage on the street?

>Cops in uniforms don't need these equipments unless they guard VIPs.

>New Nanbu

Hmm...

Japan hasn't become that dangerous country yet.

> blading rampage
Cops can't open fire in the middle of crowded streets at any rate.

>be rus paterfamilias
>in your apartment kommiblok mistakenly broke into an aggressive enough drug addict and your daughter
>beat the crap out of an addict
>addict died
>in prison 2 years until the case being heard, they want to 7 years in prison
>get howling public and human rights defenders
to be released
>addict mother beaten by your younger daughter
>the police do not give a shit
