EL-P's solo work is superb and generally apolitical, give that a try. I recommend starting with I'll Sleep When You're Dead. Mike's body of work isn't bad either, although he does occasionally stray into the political territory which you are trying to avoid. R.A.P music is pretty fun southern rap without much of the political bullshit (assuming you skip Regan, of course.) Additonally, his work with Outkast is quite strong. Honestly RTJ is a situation where the whole is much lesser than the sum of its parts IMO.

you gonna get those cocks outta yer mouth and give me a rec or what
thanks I'll check out El's stuff
seems like fantastic damage is his most well known album but I'll try that one too

if you're looking for completely apolitical rap that doesn't mention race relations you should probably stop looking

ITT: We try to think of rap albums which do not have a single lyric which could be considered "political"
I'm picking through Genius on this one right now. I think it might be a winner.

at least to a bare minimum like doom does

This has to be up there as well.

Kings of Crunk is good but it definitely takes a hardline stance in favor of the legalization of marijuana, might be riding too fine of a line for OP.

Found a somewhat political guest verse which mentions the economy on the track Keep Yo Chullin Out the Street. Disqualified.

Now after these 12 bars the world is gonna know a few facts
And after these 12 bars you might get your shoulders in your laps
See the neighborhood boys and the economy getting worse
The candy lady jumping fifties outta Easter purse
Bill Kammer gone, Shirley Franklin in
The GC closed down, Mike Chiles got ten
The feds locked the pimps up for pimpin in the south
You may control her mind, but you can't control her mouth
And these R&B stars having sex with the kids
Need to be chopped up and castrated and served to the pigs

Very apolitical. Although the track Play That Funky Music had some references to his whiteness plus this line

Now you're amazed by the VIP posse/
Steppin' so hard like a German Nazi

Poor little white boy needs his safe space.

fuck

How about this one from before his flat-earth phase. Sure, Letters From Vietnam seems like a red flag, but it's really just about lost love, he doesn't even say "Nixon".

too lazy to look this up on genius

Lost on I'll be in the sky

Now-a-days folk would rather rap than go to school/'Cause they feel that if they black then they gotta have a tool

St. Lunatics
Goodie Mob

Winner. This album was an all time hood classic too. Just checked the lyrics to every song, and not one bar could possibly be interpreted as political or social commentary. It's 100% hood shit from start to finish.

any recs? niggas got like 30+ albums and mixtapes lmao

This. Also Plies and Young Jeezy. Plies' verse on this track was so over the top and ridiculous.

Gangsta Boo's album Enquiring Minds is pretty apolitical, once again, straight up memphis hood shit.

lol I never really got past his singles. I just now he's got that abrasive southern hood flow.

CES Cru is a pretty solid duo similar to RtJ as well.
