Joshua is so plastic and boring

>Men's Bantam (56kg) Semifinals NIKITIN (RUS) V STEVENSON (US)

This is cancelled I think

It is... Just a lazy copypaste.

wat?

Sneaky feeling that Akhmadaliev will upset Ramirez

The Russian was too injured to fight in the semi.

I'm sure the injury was picked up during something completely unrelated to the fight he won cleanly.

Wew what a round

boy is this refreshing to see after the female bouts

Two of the best fighters in the whole tournament right here

Cuba getting some nice clean punches in

now this is a Cuban who I enjoy watching
the black guys are technically magnificent but nothing beats a puncher

She fly like a butterfly sting like a bee.

My Nigga

He sustained an injury in the head couple rounds before conlon fight. fyi

Will Stevenson having a walkover be an advantage or disadvantage for the final?

We will see if Stevenson is the real deal against this Cuban

If Ramirez schools Stevenson too, then he deserves the Val Barker

CUBAN MISSILE CRISIS FIGHT GET HYPE

disadvantage if he's gotta go up against this guy

Ramirez v Stevenson is the best fight of the whole tournament

Maybe a slight advantage but Ramirez doesn't look tired or busted up so it shouldn't decide it

3 chance of gold medals

inb4 we lose all our finals

I wish more Cubans fought like Arlen Lopez and Robeisy Ramirez. Skills plus excitement

Alimkhanuly should've been here

Never forget

:(

Is it a useful skill to be able to fight southpaw and orthodox? Is there a point to it?

It can create openings and confuse your opponent, but only a select few can do it smoothly. More often than not it's more harmful than helpful because it squares you up during the switch and also most fighters are not truly ambidextrous.

Useful if you have a longer reach and are an outside fighter

Melikuziev might KO this Mexican

I want mexico to get a medal though ;_;

Well he's got bronze anyway

I retract what i said. FUCK MEXICO, BUNCH OF DIRTY FIGHTING CUNTS

Silly Mexican. You're only making Melikuziev angry.

That uzbek is a beast

le dropped mouthpiece man getting rekt

Arlen Lopez tamed Melikuziev pretty easily in the World Championships if I remember right so it'll be interesting to see if Melikuziev can change anything up. They are both bruising punchers so it should be fun anyway.

the group of kazakh and cuban fans at these olympics are probably on first name basis by now

this cuban looks almost unhittable wow

lol, they both keep their hands down

shity fight desu

La Cruz Control

really hate this kind of fight no matter how technically genius it is

Borats on suicide watch

BOOOOOOO

I hate the boxing the cruz cuban guy did. It wins because he fights for points and hugs whenever he gets hit. His style is the reason boxing has been dying the last few decades. No one wants to see that

That style has been around for the better part of a century

Go on Liveleak if you wanna watch bum fights

Gotta fight to your strength. he was clearly better than the kazakh
