Rapping can use work but the instrumental is nice. Although it seems like your intention is to be a bit cheesy. I like the samples (Million Dollar World Peace Of Mind)

Mixing/EQing could use work. Some of the noises are really shrill. The drum sounds are pretty meh as well, although the sample choice is nice.

Any shrill noises should be EQ'd out. Sounds like it's mostly in the upper midrange. For example that organ sample on the second track kinda gets annoying when the higher notes are played.

i dont recc spending loads on synths to make videogame music. it all sounds the same desu

damn you got some nice percs and pads. personally, i really dont fuck with that aphex twin acid synth sound, but thats just me

raise the vocals up homie. add some thickness to the kick

ocean program is a rad as fuck song. personally, i'd change your banner so you're not trying to copy other vapor artists, but good shit

nice sample, but maybe if this were a beat people would rap on, i would slow down on the vocal chopping.
