pretty cool
Beginning of the end. Started bringing in the casuals and "cinematic experiences" which now rule the industry. Thanks Sony.
only the rich kids had it here
Crash Bandicoot is my jam.
that was a helluva leap from SNES.
Crash bandicoot sucks eh
Delet
...
saturn is better
I only got it one in 2003

>Can only save your game by entering a secret level
Actually the strangest save system in any game ever
I was playing n64 and SNES up to 2004 KEK
Another day, another eternal leaf post.
They're not secret, and only plebs can't beat those piss easy bonus levels.
had a lot of good games but n64 was more fun to play with your friends
>ywn get off the school bus with your friends and play goldeneye split screen until dinner
Quake 2 had 4 player split screen on PS1, ran at a playable frame rate, and had proper controls.
Nothing will come close to playing Mario party 2 with friends.
Got one when I was 4 (1998). Favourite games were Twisted Metal 4 and Yugioh forbidden memories.
still good for jrpgs. not so much for other games
the polygons are fucking jagged and rough by todays standard, but the pre-rendering backgrounds can bear it and are still worth seeing. imo some games are far better overall than todays games.
>4 player split screen on PS1
It only had 2 controller ports
i remember seeing those multitaps in video game magazines but i never saw one at the store
SNES is better
my parents got me a sega for some reason, i never played snes that much
>I will never finish this bloody game
Still my favourite, I love JRPGs
There was an adapter to double the ports
>nintentoddlers will never know the feeling of a 4 player twisted metal death match
Just fuck your shit up fámmalan
l have one somewhere in my basement attic bin
>he didnt have ps1 and n64
Gamers like you remind me of hipsters, albeit ones who don't get laid.
Video games started coming into their own as an artform with the PS2.
good memories
How can this Norwegian insult me when he likes quake II and plays it on a console.
Crash Racing
>Twisted Metal 4
The second was the best for my taste
Twisted Metal 1 was literally the first game I ever played
This, and the cinematic experience cancer didn't really take off until the PS3/360 came along.
> leafposter in charge of context
I had the game on both PC and PS1, and Quake 2 is still playable, unlike Goldeneye.
>tfw never had a ps1
W-who cares, n64 was superior with Diddy Kong Racing and Perfect Dark
Do you literally have a brain tumor? Quake 2 is shite. IDC what platform you had it on
You're the one with the brain tumor, because all I'm doing is compare the playability of Quake 2 to that of Goldeneye, which has extremely shoddy controls for today's standards, and runs like shit.
Why do you even bother?
