look up sister unis and exchange programs its the cheapest way to do it

has two sister Italian schools if you look up your uni or the uni you want to go to im sure you can find a nip school that is friends with them.

I'm starting to try learn how tostart saying short sentences. As an example, If I were to say something like 'アよりよいじかん' to mean in English 'a better time', does this make sense? I used ア for the a since I don't think it's possible in hiragana otherwise it'd just say 'better time'?
