How do people move out of their parents house in your country?

How do people move out of their parents house in your country?

I don't want to live with my parents anymore.

Go to a temp agency, get a shitty job, get hire on said shitty job, work your way up and then find roomates through the miracle of the internet. After that, go to school because shit sucks.

How do I not get trolled into poverty?
How much money should I have saved before moving out?

Probably more than $10,000, maybe significantly so

that is why you get roomates, an apartment for only yourself is dam expensive (at least the rent should be 1/3ish of your monthly pay check.

Do gay porn

How do I ensure they're not crack addicts or will steal my belongings?

it doesn't worth it. I spend 50% of my salary on apartment. Wish I could live with my parents.

How low is your salary/how high is rent senpai

Meet them first? Ask questions? etc? I had to go through a few places until I found decent roomates and even though we hardly talk to each other (we have different work schedules) I trust them not to steal my shit or get into arguments with them.

$1k monthly and my apartment costs me 450$ + utility tax.

Dam trying to live with half your paycheck gone sucks on just rent sucks shit.

Oh
Minimum wage is like twice that here.

Is it scary at first?

How about living in a van

I would be more fucking scared in a van. It is not really scary, was just awkward at first, but then after a while, I got used to them. Helps I hardly see them (I work from 3.00pm to 12 am).

Curious, how autistic are you?

Yeah, that's why I would want to live with someone who'll pay all the rent.
Rent prices are higher as well, I suppose.

Depends how much you are willing to give of your independence, if that is not an issue as long as you make money, why not. Although for me finding a roomate was probably the best thing.

A little bit autistic

I'm shy but I like talking to people when I get to know them

Shouldn't be to difficult, just make sure you tell the truth about yourself when you try to respond on an add about roomates needed. Lying will only get you problems when you are going to be living with them.

Just get a shit job, save some money, move out and go to school to move out of shit job.

>How about living in a van
some jobs in the US require an address so that's not possible in a lot of places

Step 1. don't live in a liberal shithole
(((standard of living))) my arse

Liberal shitholes have lower taxes, because liberal ideology is about liberty. It's hard to get a decent life when you live in social-democratic shithole.

dam 1k, where do you work at?

True senpai

well, look for a job

get some money together, find a nice cheap place to rent a room from

and start from there!

just focus on getting a job right now, after that you can worry about finding a place. Unless you plan to live in the streets with the crack addicts.

I'm just stuck on how much I need to move out

I keep thinking about extraordinary circumstances where I break my legs or something and can't work so I'll need to have money to live off of

I moved out when I had 4k ish on my account. Then I spend a shitload of money buying a bed, giving first months and deposit rent, groceries, etc.

Ended up having around 2.8k ish I think. After that just saved up my money to pay for my college classes at a community college and work my way there.

Also since you never had a place before, it is more difficult to find an apartment without previews history. Not impossible just difficult.

I got a job in Japan and my company gave me one. Salary is more than enough to pay for it.

Korea is even better for this since you get apartments rent-free as a teacher. But it's pretty boring.

>english teacher in japan

Truly the memes are true

I lived at my parents til I finished college at the age of 25. I sometimes got comments like "you still live at your parents?" but I never gave a flying fuck. I could have easily afforded renting a place but I didn't. I saw many of my fellow students throwing away most of their money on rent (flats are expensive where I live) while barely having left any money at the end of the month. Meanwhile I was partying twice a week, traveling 3-4x a year, owning an Audi A5 and having my mother cleaning my shit... Basically living my best years to the fullest. Meanwhile others chose to become wagecucks at the age of 19 and will realize that they haven't lived life at the age of 30.
