It's okay to say Breivik is entitled to the care and rights that the law affords him. Although most would find it equally okay if you want him to rot in hell without a playstation. This is a big thing in Norway. He is launching numerous lawsuits in order to improve his situation.

The prison built to house life-sentence Nazi German war criminals at the Nürnberg trials was maintained only for the express purpose of housing those few people. It's sort of the same. He gets the punishment the Norwegian law-system can dole out. and in turn the Norwegian system has to make sure he not only serves his sentence but is safe while doing so.
