too abstract for my taste but thanks for contributing and i hope you find other people that enjoy it in this thread

soundcloud.com/gubbins420/you-are-alone-child The sample is Hatfield and North - Lobster in cleavage probe. >Experimental Hip Hop Been messing with this sample for a good 4 months, and various other drum breakbeats to make a small EP, IM still lost in direction because I wanna have more variation and at the same time make it all sound the same and not like any schmuck can make it. Any tips, pointers, and feedback would be appreciated without a doubt.
Leo Rivera
still OP btw
here's my entry for the NPR Tiny Desk Contest, it's me playing with my friends
lofi/downtemp track, working on it still but heres something to build on
Juan Jones
oh shit i didn't realize you didn't get a (You) yet
I think you're making your music abstract for no reason. It would sound great without all of the distortion and FX, albeit more boring, but better sounding and easier to listen to. and thank you
Chase Watson
Me again. What do you guys think of the name Miracle Change? I just sorta thought it, without any actual meaning or anything. I thought it sounded alright. I appreciate any feedback.
this is dope. I like the beat alot. Its reminiscent of older hip hop but it doesn't sound old. The raps are good and coherent. Understood every bar and that rare these days. Can't wait to see what you make next.
Easton Ramirez
incredible. I don't usually listen to metal but I do like me some aggressive content and this definitely is that.
Carter Roberts
My friends have a band and they just recently got their shit on Spotify, it's called Mannegishi but I'm not sure what genre I would call it.
I love this track. Its so calm and so serene. It sounds like something from Aphex Twin but is something completely different at the same time.
Aaron Johnson
Thank you so much!
Robert Torres
>soundcloud.com/basementvacation/sets/ocean-sky I love this. All the imperfections make this project perfect. The only thing I would suggest is keep doing what your doing but better.
Jace Martinez
>seaaseaa.bandcamp.com really cool experimental music. I don't want to sound preachy but don't be discouraged if people don't gravitated to it immediately. Your music is inspiring
Ryder Gray
thanks... i think?
Mason Turner
thank you can I ask which song/album you mean in particular?
Bentley Wood
some of the best shit i heard here. genuinely amazing
yeah 13:08 is probably the closest my self and my drummer have gotten to achieving the sound we have in our minds which post was yours?
Brandon Brown
Sorry if I came of as negative in anyway. I meant everything in a positive way. No malice and no hate. If your music wasn't that great I would have let you know
Ian Torres
thank you man, i like your stuff as well it reminds me of big black
supermagnet.bandcamp.com/ I sort of try to do different overall genres every album >first album was spacey indie rock with shoegaze, post-punk, ambient, space rock influences >second was lo-fi indie folk >third was instrumental ambient space rock stuff Currently working on two albums that are almost ready to be released. One's more upbeat indie rock oriented, other's folkier. My soundcloud is soundcloud.com/hotelmint but I frankly barely use it for my own music. Check the facebook page linked on the bandcamp if you like me enough to follow, that's what I'll be using.
This is nice, love your playing style. As for the name, I thing Miracle Change is a decent name, definitely. Fits the sound, though I couldn't explain how or why if you pressed me. It just fits.
I am a fan. Definitely not the sort of thing that's easy to market without finding more structure but that would defeat its purpose. I dig what you're doing, very weird, almost no-wave but more on the bizarre end of no-wave than the aggressive.
Rad as heck my dude. Fits right in with 90s college rock type of music. I think you'd benefit from singing the whole song yelling. When you raised your voice it just sounded like it fit the vibe a lot more. I've seen your stuff in Bandcamp threads, very good, recommended to everyone else in the thread. Oh hell yes, you guys have plans to record a full straight album? I'm loving this.
>dark ambient, dungeon synth next release should be out in a week or so
I've checked out your music in the past, and I like it quite a bit. You guys offer up a fresh take on blackgaze: certainly not a Deafheaven clone or anything. The pup in the video doesn't seem to mind the music either. I look forward to future releases!
>experimental electronic, inspired by Xenakis, Autechre, modern classical, etc >metaphysical and dystopian themes
new album out!
Jordan Rogers
I literally just come in these threads to see all the cool ass pictures you guys spam. fuckin mint boys keep it up
Jose Butler
Super Magnet here I am loving this, dark ambient is so rad. I really dig your sound, it's the right amount of minimalism to get lost in the atmosphere but still has a good amount going on. Very eerie.
Mason Wood
Thanks mate! It might be a while. Recording and releasing an album can be expensive. We want to make sure we do it right.
>folk inspired >written and recorded in the bedroom at 2 a.m.
EP ive put together is still being mixed, here's a stripped back tune that will be on it.
Nathaniel Nelson
soundcloud.com/schopa/wallin-1 I like it but as far as the mix goes you need to saturate you're low end or add some type of synth layer above it because right now it's just a wuuuuuuh. I like the vocal processing I would experiment with some more layering at certain points. I like the beats though, but for the vocals I would work on putting them in a specific space you can imagine.
spleenseller.bandcamp.com/releases >alternative >indie >maybe some blues My second album is on its way and I thing I did a better job than on this one, which is still pretty good.
