Finally another Billy Woods fan
There are a lot of albums I absolutely love that didn't make the list, coming up with an all time top 10 is so frustrating.
Cool records but you somehow managed to post every artist's second best album

Great recc, I'm listening to Moog Indigo and it's everything I have ever wanted to hear. Are his other albums just as good?
Have you listened to Boris? They have a very interesting variety of sounds. If you like drone, try Absolutego, if you like sludge metal, try Amplifier Worship, for near-orchestral levels, try Flood and Feedbacker, and also ambitious noise rock in Pink or their collaborations with Merzbow. You seem like they'd like it.

I don't have a personal list of 10 definitive favorites, so here's a list of albums that I fell in love with when I was first "getting into music".
I'll just point you towards "The Amazing New Electronic Pop Sound" and say that it's quite quite good. I couldn't speak for all his albums
