why would you pick something that you would have to literally see?

falling asleep media is best when you can close your eyes and listen. i prefer audiobooks/lectures/etc.

but twilight zone is max. comfy. or anything that's relatively slow paced and black and white.

I like anything with a soothing voice. Anything narrated is good. Planet Earth would be good.

There used to be a station called CoolTV that played 90s music videos.
