That episode of The Simpsons with Mel Gibson
Alligator (1980).
Absolute crokino.
The best croc movie I've ever seen, doesn't play like a slasher movie but with an animal like most other movies seem to do. It's a lot closer to Jaws if anything, but has a neato subplot to do with the abos that own the land with the killer croc on it.
Don't know if you'll find it online easily or not though, I watched it on a streaming service they've got here in Aus.

I STILL HAVE NEVER SEEN PIC RELATED'S SCENE
Burning Bright
Squirm
Curse 2: The Bite
The ultimate
why did this genre ended up so badly
when are we getting something that takes itself seriously and doesn't end up being this low budget laughable stuff (sometimes)
forgot CONGO
Shakma
It happened to all of horror, which is only recently making a comeback. I guess a revival is less likely for killer animal movies specifically since it takes either trained animals or practical effects to not look like utter shit.
The Shallows looks really promising. It'll be cool to new a new high budget shark movie.
*to see a new
This movie fuckin rocks
>just when you thought it was safe to go down under
It was never safe.
>Just when you thought it was safe down under
Who the fuck ever thought that?
What are some good movies with rats?
Stuart Little
The god damn dog-door scene, jfc
Graveyard Shift

Of Unknown Origin
Goodfellas
Rocket Science
>Of Unknown Origin
Had a hell of a premise but the movie wasn't very good in my opinion.
It's a bit old and obscure but I caught this the other night and it's really good guys :)
Seriously though it's still the king of this subgenre
Black Water
A group of people becomes stranded when a crocodile corners them. One of very few creature feature films that is 100% plausible. I found it to be absolutely chilling, but it's probably not everyone's cup of tea because the cast is very small (3 people).
Rogue
Same premise, but bigger cast and less realistic.
Scarred me for life
Deadly Eyes
>the crocodile's name is Lake Placid
Pure kino
>"anaconda, I'm lake placid.
Wut
Rats: Night of Terror
>that twist ending
They were actually mice
how the fuck was this made.
>Goodfellas

Food of the Gods, user. Marjo is the hero we deserve.
Is that the guy from honest trailers narrating? and why the fuck is Robert Englund in this?
One of the best of this sub-genre. Great movie.
this is the most correct answer
first trailer was hype as fuck, second trailer ruined it by spoiling most of the movie
What did it spoil?
>Movie ends with Tom Jane and Dr bitch surviving
>test audiences rightly call foul since she was the whole reason this mess happened
>final ending has her get eaten and Jane and LL Cool J blow up the shark and swim off into the sunset like bros
Justice was done that day.
There was an animated movie about rats. The Secret of something or other.
how she stranded on the rock, how the other surfers die, that she wont swim to the island and that in the end she fights the shark on the buoy
not that it´s not obvious, but would be more exciting if you didnt know these things before
i second that
What was that one with the bear and 3 guys? The Edge?
Your dad's gay porn collection
>Of Unknown Origin
cool flick, legit gave me a rat nightmare once
it's beyond the subgenre though, it's one of the best sea adventure movies ever.
Can animals be evil? Is that not an inherently human thing?
Posting some quality porkino.
Without a doubt, it was a cultural phenomenon and lead to multiple generations being shitscared of the beach and sharks in particular.
this
Jesus christ how could I forget Razorback
That movie is awesome, and a total headtrip too.
...
Well, the CGI looks half decent. For a syfy tier movie at least.
Will watch.
