We shall decide on the fate of Atletico and PSG via two strawpolls and once a consensus is reached, it will stay that way until matters arise for whatever reason.

Chelsea won a continental title much sooner than all of those European teams except Bayern and even that was by 10 days. If you're only counting the champions league then that was only a year earlier and they beat Bayern to do it. If you just mean domestic leagues then they've won one much sooner than Atletico.
