It's used to say that about the internet in south korea, but I've found the internet in Spain to be faster and much cheaper.
Not in the university tho. But in my home I have a nice plan with 300mb, unlimited home phone and unlimited smartphone calls with 2gb data plan all for 50€, which in korea would have costed like 100000won easily
