I love this show. Its super optimistic, and a nice portrayal of a family. All the songs they do are fantastic.

I really like the show, but I find Gene to be insufferable. His constant attempts to shoehorn in one-liners to everything is annoying as fuck
He reminds me of Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt. Always needing to force Family Guy non-sequiturs into everthing

It deserves more praise than it gets for sure. It's a genuinely funny and well done show that is also surprisingly comfy. Bob is great protagonist, and you can't help but love the guy.
