is this the best live album ever recorded?

yes

He probably has the overall best interpretation of Cocaine Blues.

No

Definitely not in terms of the music but in terms of the impact probably.

If roots music (country, blues etc.) is your thing check out BB King live at the regal for an ace live album

Thats not James Brown.

YOU ARE AN INTEGRAL PART TO THIS ALBUM

fuck that album is amazing, definitely my favourite, followed by Hawkwind's Space Ritual, Bo Diddley's Beach Party and Townes van Zandt' Live at the Old Quarter

They edited in a lot of the audience clapping, particularly in Folsom Prison Blues.

I think most know there was editing and some studio work involved but I don't think that takes away from it being a great live album

True, I was just disappointed that all the prisoners cheering at the lines like "shot a man in Reno just to watch him die" was most likely faked, because it's a pretty powerful image hearing prisoners cheering this song.

What is up with Sup Forums tonight?

That album is so perfect that it barely feels live

Willie Weeks' bass solo on Everything Is Everything is the strongest aphrodisiac known to man

What's that album called? I've heard about it on Sup Forums but I can't find out what it's called anywhere

Ian really shouldn't be wearing blackface

What wankery? That's what they tried to avoid and that's why this album is so widely praised.

Right up there with B.B. King live at Cook County Jail!

correct answer.
probably the best sound quality I've ever heard on any live album.
